General Licensing and Use of our Products and Services
1.0 Nondisclosure and Licensing of Manuals, Products and Services:
1.1 Any Required Systems product or service supplied is site/service specific and for use by employees, volunteers etc. employed by the client from that site/service ONLY.
1.2 Customers may not use any product or service supplied by Required Systems beyond the site to which it is licensed or registered.
1.3 It is not permitted to use a Required Systems product or service beyond the licensed or registered site and/or not for use by employees, volunteers etc. employed by the client from that site and constitutes a breach of use for which the client agrees to compensate Required Systems as Required Systems deems appropriate.
1.4 Customers must ensure that all staff who have access to any manual, software or service provided by Required Systems is aware of the above restrictions.
1.5 Required Systems will only supply its products and services to businesses or organisations with care provision, including local authorities and agencies. Required Systems products are not intended for use by training organisations. Any person placing an order with Required Systems confirms they are neither a private individual nor purchasing for or on behalf of an independent training organisation.
2.1 Reproduction in any way at anytime of any Required Systems product or material, except for its intended use at the registered or licensed site or without the express permission by Required Systems, is a breach of copyright for which the authorised and unauthorised users are both liable.
2.2 The client agrees to compensate Required Systems for breach of copyright as determined by Required Systems as Required Systems deems appropriate.
2.3 Required Systems vigorously protects its copyright, intellectual and other rights.
3.1 An invoice or receipt reflects the fact that the customer has placed an order upon Required Systems as specified upon the invoice or receipt.
3.2 Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date and must have cleared in full before products or services will be despatched or supplied by Required Systems.
4.0 Refunds and Returns:
4.1 Required Systems does not provide products and services "on approval", and hence operates a no refund policy and a no returns policy. Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management.
5.0 Cancellations of online bookings or purchases:
5.1 In the event that a customer wishes to cancel a product ordered online, the customer must contact Required Systems IMMEDIATELY and in any case within 24 hours of ordering.
6.0 Price Increases:
6.1 Required Systems may revise prices as and when it deems appropriate.
6.2 Any prices stated on the Required Systems website are to be treated as an indicator only of the final price. The price quoted by Required Systems sales staff at the time of ordering is the definitive price at that time.
7.0 Legal Position:
7.1 Required Systems only provides products and services in an advisory capacity. This does not absolve the customer from their legal duties and responsibilities. Required Systems acts in good faith and Required Systems is in no way liable for any error, omission or matter arising in any way from Required Systems products or services.
8.0 Acceptance and Alterations:
8.1 The client (purchaser) accepts these terms and conditions in full.
8.2 If it is subsequently discovered an order breached our Terms and Conditions the purchaser accepts they will immediately return goods supplied via Special Delivery, at the purchaser's cost, forfeiting their purchase costs and compensating Required Systems by an additional payment of 100% minimum of the total purchase cost immediately.
8.3 These terms and conditions may not be altered in any way.
